The organization promoted SHG in villages involving BPL women for their socio economic empowerment. The organization is involved in motivating rural women living below poverty line to be united in Self-Help-Group. Training in enhancement of their skill is also among the prime objective of the NRLM. Linkage of the SHG with banks is done and necessary financial provision was made available. SSS lend a hand in rural area and blocks of Ranchi for the achievements such as a SHG is a holistic programme of micro-enterprises covering all aspects of self-employment, organization of the rural poor into self Help groups and their capacity building, planning of activity clusters, infrastructure build up, technology, credit and marketing. It lays emphasis on activity clusters based on the resources and the occupational skills of the people and availability of markets

The GENDER mainstreaming is the one of the major component of our all interventions on principal and commitment of the organization. In this year SSS conducted training on the gender equality and equity and Violence against women and girls. Women groups were oriented to stop the Child marriage and dowry system. We organized adolescent girls training for the Improvement in the knowledge of participants through capacity building on laws and norms for dalit women struggle for justices for child missing, marriage, support mechanism, such as child marriage protection act 2006 javelin justice (care and protection of children) Act 2000. Improvement of Participants justices of life skills, IMR, MMR, early pregnancy, drop out of schools, gender sanitation, protection skills to overcome of myths and
believes.

Convergence and Health and Nutrition services in the villages through Village Health and Nutrition day (VHND) to have convergence with department to enhance the demand for quality services available for Immunization, ANCs, Nutrition and Adolescent Reproductive Health, family planning, counseling services by the ANM/AWW for the nutrition, health and sanitation by Health Sub Centre and AWCs. Periodic awareness program were conduced focusing on family planning for the women group of the villages. Our intervention ensured that community to develop health seeking behavior
The organization conducted motivational and awareness campaign forthe front line workers, community, Panchyats, schools resulted in the Motivation of common mass including the BPL community to adopt low cost sanitarylatrine for their better health and sanitation. The organization completed the target and objective of the Swachh Bharat Mission through Community Participation With the cooperation and technical assistance from Water and sanitation department Govt of Jharkhand and PRI. A massive campaign were organized by the organization the Hand washing practices for the ultra poor and Tribal community and private local schools at the slums area of Ranchi and rural blocks of Ranchi. SSS assisted and trained community level women group members for sustainable and environmental friendly growth for waste management services in the villages and outreach facility.
